Paul D Krogman
2012-12-14 10:30 AM
What comes into your mind whenever someone mentions the word "data center" to you? No, it's not some fancy term from a game and it's definitely not a secret military base as one would expect from some science fiction novel or movie. Indeed, data centers are the real thing, but they're not as secretive and mysterious as you thought they would be. A data center is a facility where computers and all other peripherals associated with the computer system are placed for efficiency and storage. (image/jpeg + 1 comment)

AB 2530 supporters have created a webpage for the public (not just California residents) to contact the Governor. (image/jpeg)

On July 18 the world bourgeoisie celebrated “Mandela Day”, established internationally by the UN in November 2009 under the sign of peace, freedom, reconciliation, etc.
In South Africa, more than 12 million children sang hymns to Mandela before going to class, the whole population was called upon to devote 67 minutes of their time (corresponding to 67 years of Mandela’s activism) to helping others. The IMATU Union requested that this day where they celebrate “the 67 years of his life Mandela has given for the rights of humanity, equality, justice and democracy enjoyed today by all South Africans” become a public holiday, so that individuals can give much more than 67 minutes to useful causes....

Just when the Obama campaign couldn’t appear any less inspiring, Paul Ryan was put forth as the Republican vice presidential candidate. Suddenly team Obama was supplied with enough political munitions to scare every last American over the possible Ryan destruction of Medicare, Medicaid, cuts to Social Security and the various other evils inherent in his proposed national budget. Consequently, many Liberals and Leftists across the spectrum are now focused on preaching the horrors of a Republican presidential victory and thus the necessity of re-electing Obama. (image/jpeg)
