Sophia Magdalena Scholl
2011-04-14 12:30 PM This article discusses how to detect police spies, in the flesh, in their vehicles and how to observe their tactics, as well as a historical perspective on the use of spies. It is also very critical of community policing groups like Cellular On Patrol and the alumni of the FBI's National Citizens' Academy, who practice harassment tactics against American citizens, sometimes to the point where their victims commit suicide.

So Many of Us

Americans watch our children go off to war. We watch the dreams of home ownership disintegrate in our hands like wet paper. We watch the gap between the wealthy and ourselves widen and try to keep saying it that way, as by doing so it makes it sound less like we’re getting poorer somehow. We watch our children have less access to quality education – the one thing we know will give them the kinds of futures we might have had. (image/jpeg)

President Obama Divides the Nation over His War with Libya
Lynn Lomibao
2011-03-25 4:07 PM The majority of Americans are tired of wars and the cost to fight these wars as the nation sinks deeper into a national recession. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have already cost $1 trillion and after one week in Libya, the cost is approaching $1 billion. When Americans are suffering cutbacks and layoffs, and 22 million Americans are out of work, the question is “Obama, where are the jobs?” (text/plain)

Since the decision to provide humanitarian support to the Libyan people’s fight for freedom was made by the UN Security Council this past week there have been opinions from all sides ringing loud and consistently. This is no less true back home than anywhere else. The president has heard from Republicans criticizing him. He has heard from Democrats also criticizing him. (image/jpeg)

Tata Noah chief of Indigenous communities
Juan Esteban Yupanqui Villalobos
2011-03-17 1:39 PM
My grandfather walked with a very long stick adorned with many allegories. Tata Noah told me long ago that it represented our true nation, which was all unknown, because many of those living in the village had given in to the viciousness of the white people and did not follow the customs of our fathers. That hurt my Tata, so when I arrived, he ever and ever told me many things and stories of our nation... (image/jpeg)

Exorcism Versus America’s Naïve Movie Industry (alternative movie review: The Rite):
Thor Thader
2011-02-20 10:35 PM Demonic “possession” is not necessarily a phenomenon that must be based on Christian beliefs in the supernatural; because to be “possessed” is to be unduly “influenced” by that which is not in the self’s best interest. If you believe in deliberately created lies fed to you by a secretly funded think tank, and you vote for someone who misrepresents his real aims—then technically you are “possessed” by influences inimical to your best interests. Plenty of people are potentially possessed of false beliefs. And therefore exorcism is not some lost and outdated art. It is in need more than ever, and not by the Catholic Church so much, as by the body politic at large. (text/plain)

U.S. Election 2012- Stewart Alexander: Obama’s Budget is a Plan for Austerity
Lynn Lomibao
2011-02-19 2:19 AM President Obama’s budget will face an uphill battle in Congress because it fails to reign-in spending and will increase the federal debt by more than $20 trillion over the next decade. Republicans in Congress have failed to offer any viable alternatives to the president’s budget proposals, leaving millions of working people discouraged, believing that congressional Republicans are part of the problem rather than offering leadership for solutions.
