Stewart A. Alexander
2009-03-26 2:30 PM Considering the track record of the government bailouts to save the “free market,” socialists believe an additional $2 trillion will not ease up credit markets and will do little to ease the on-going national economic crisis. Congress has presently invested more than $2 trillion since February 2008 to free up the credit markets; however, the credit markets remain as frozen as Antarctica. (text/plain)

2009-03-19 6:26 AM In 1989 Catherine Austin Fitts became Assistant Secretary for Housing in Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She began to notice money was not properly tracked as it moved between different HUD departments and there was a lack of proper accounting mechanisms to deal with discrepancies in revenue indicated fraud at an alarming level. [28] She attempted to put in place some credible financial tracking mechanisms to identify where the money was going and to identify the responsible individuals and HUD departments, but after 18 months on the job she was suddenly fired by the Bush administration. Fitts was told the day after she left that her financial reforms through ‘place-based financial accounting and statements’ would also be terminated. (text/plain)
The Accursed Anathema of Judeo-Christian History in the Western World: What It Means Today
Paul Revere
2009-03-17 2:31 AM The introduction of Christianity in the Roman Empire threatened Rome because even then Christianity seem to create “fanatical” minds—that were willing to die for their faith to a single monotheistic God who was seemingly too jealous and intolerant to tolerate the idea that other Gods also expected respect as worthy. The only loyalty those early proselytes had was a sole loyalty to a God outside the Empire. Then Constantine impressed by such zealots exploited Christian fanaticism as he made Christianity the official Roman religion—creating the especial emergence of Church to State (or as our American forefathers warned “temporal and spiritual tyranny”). Therefore, the Plutocratic tree will continue to bear the fruit of
Plutocracy, regardless of which party is in power. During the past fifty
years of the American experiment the difference between Democrat and
Republican has become increasingly subtle. In essence there is only one
party—that of wealth and privilege. The people and the public good are
without meaningful representation in government. There are a number of
small opposition parties operating in America but the system precludes
them from becoming major players.
