06/18/2008 FEMA continutes to kill; City in dire need of mental health facilities
Death of FEMA trailer resident could have been averted if the police had simply left the scene (or visible presence)... An even larger issue looms in the backdrop of this story – mental health crisis. Katrina because of the failure of insurance, road home, etc.
